DJAA Constitution

The DJAA Constitution was approved by the sitting Committee on 7 May 2014 and accepted by Fair Trading NSW on 6 June 2014 and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 14 July 2014. On 4 March 2019 & 8 March 2022 proposed amendments to the membership categories and general updating of the Constitution was approved by Members at respective Special General Meetings. The current DJAA Constitution is available for download and review.

DJAA Mentor Program Guidelines

The DJAA Mentor Program Guidelines provides a formal framework for Mentee and Mentor to work through and monitor progress of desired outcomes. The Mentor Program Guidelines was launched at the 2015 Annual General Meeting.
